I highly recommend TSW (Graham). We had an issue with telephone and wifi. He came within 4 hours, understood the problem immediately, provided a good solution, and had everything running perfectly quickly - all at a fair and reasonable cost. Could not ask for more.

My neighbour, an old lady, called on my husband to help with a phone failure. Her phone supplier italk couldn't detect a line fault and and said it was a fault with her equipment and she must pay. We rang TSW, Worcester and Graham (ex-BT engineer) came out. He immediately found there was in fact a line fault-suppliers's responsibility. Graham couldn't have been more helpful and professional and is highly recommended.

My elderly mother lost all phone and WiFi, having tried to install a new router from BT. I live in another county. I found Mr Done easily, through his clear, attractive website and he was willing to visit my mother within a couple of hours of me ringing him. My mother tells me that he was polite and efficient and that he sorted out her phone and WiFi quickly. Well done and thank you Mr Done.

Fantastic service, Graham fitted a visit in at short notice and fixed my noisy line and broadband drop out problems. I feared that it was a rip out and rewire job but Graham systematically checked all connections, changed the master box and all was fixed. I have no problems recommending TSW to anyone. Many thanks.

Graham came to the rescue after we had suffered a terrible time with both Sky and BT when we lost our landline. These big companies just did not want to know until Graham used his skills and technology to prove that the fault lay 40 metres away from our flat. He took over talking to Sky and was able to have them confirm his findings, so the Sky technical department are going to dig up their hole and fix the issue. While Graham was here he also updated our ancient wiring and boxes. We are pensioners and would recommend Graham to anyone who will listen - and his fees are very reasonable. Well done Graham! Graham has just visited my home, to repair my slow fibre broadband which keeps dropping. Expecting a big fee like the one the provider quoted, i was quite surprised when Graham finished his checks and informed me the issue was with the wifi router and would be solved with a new router.
Graham also took time to investigate how much I was paying for broadband and telephone line, and has helped me switch to an alternative supplier to save £30 per month.
Graham has surpassed all expectations of service and cost, I would be pleased to recommend his services.

Graham is a star! He came promptly on the day we agreed, did everything i wanted, tested the whole wi-fi system covering 3 buildings, replacing parts as ncessary.
Without being asked he made sure everything was working end to end.

We have had a large number of engineers to our house in Worcester most of whom failed to resolve the problem in the long term. Graham is so knowledgable and always finds a solution. He achieves far more in one hour than other telephone and broadband engineers, so his service is actually cost effective and transparent. If parts are needed he charges a fair price, normally carries them with him and it saves you the hassle of getting different things yourself. He is also extremely professional and helpful.
